Where is your hope this morning my sisters and brothers?
Where does your faith lie?
Do have joy in your hearts as we prepare our minds and souls for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter morning?

I cant imagine losing someone to this virus and wondering and question God why, although I have lost many through out the years before this virus close relatives and have questioned God why. I know the sorrow, the pain, the hurt. I too had to focus on God. Get back into my scripture reading…I can truely say that when my Brother passed in 2016. I was really lost. Hurt was not even the word to describe my pain. Lost. All I can say was lost. It took me After losing my house, myself, almost my faith, and humility to be pulled back to a baseline….At the time All I saw God doing was take take take but I now realize that God was preparing me. If you know or you dont know the song ” God is preparing me” by the late Darryl Coley, I would advise you to listen to it and you will understand. I am preparing myself for Palm Sunday, Another song, Darryl Coley, When Sunday Comes…Oh my soul cries Yes. Hes singing about the
Ressurection of Jesus! Listen to that one as well. Oh my Faith lies with Jesus Always and Forever!
Thank you for sharing Faith. You are absolutely right, God was preparing you. It’s too often when we are in the midst of the trial or grieving process we blame God because we simply can’t understand why but it’s when we have that intimate relationship with Him and study His word that we understand. Even with having the intimate relationship our hearts still get a little weary so we have to pray and ask God for strength. It shows us we need God every step of the way. When we center our thoughts on Him we learn not to question but accept His will. Thank you for sharing those songs of encouragement for everyone!
