Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, long-suffering; bearing with one another, forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with Grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in the word or deed, do also in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

I was talking with Shanya the other day and she said, \u201cthank you for teaching me that. Thank you for always teaching me stuff and caring about all of us.\u201d I replied, \u201cyou silly rabbit of course I will always teach you, care about you, and love you-you are my daughter.\u201d I always have to tell her although she did not come from my womb; I love her just the same. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When is the last time you took the time to thank others for being in your life? When have you taken the time to let them know you are a better person because of their influence in your life? Have you thought about how things would be different had you not had people in our corners?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I like to think my kids are my personal cheerleaders and so am I for them. We learn from one another and to be honest it is a privilege to learn at the hearts and hands of my children. They teach me how to be resilient. They teach me to see things from the mind and heart of the innocent. They give me my reason to smile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I live for Christ but life is worth so much more because of them. They are all of my loves. From the youngest to the oldest- I love them all the same. Just as God loves us and instructs us to love on another. He doesn\u2019t love her more because of the color of her skin or the size of her bank account. He doesn\u2019t show favor to this one because he is a Republican or Democrat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are all the Body of Christ. God gave us one another to lift up and to lean on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thanks for inspiring me. Thanks for lifting me up when I was down. Thanks for encouraging me when I wanted to give up. Thank you for supporting my journey in Christ by taking the time to read and respond. Thank you for providing feedback to help me when I feel like no one is listening. Thank you for helping me know God can use me- as God uses each of you. Thank you for being a friend. I love you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shoutout to my favorite girl, Shanya. God blessed me when He created you. I was told I would never bear a daughter of my own but over the years you grew on me and after living with us over the summers and connected with you on another level I just knew that whether you are biologically mine or not-YOU ARE MY DAUGHTER AND I LOVE YOU! When you hurt I hurt, when you cry I cry, when you smile, I smile brighter! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I thank your mother for sharing you, Khamaurie, and Tyriq with me. I\u2019m a proud mother of 6 and I love my blended family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
