Are you a Sanford and Son fan? You remember when Fred Sanford would hold his chest an head and walk around like he was dying. He would say, \u201cThis is it, this is the big one honey. I\u2019m coming home Elizabeth.\u201d Fred Sanford would find his chair, then sit down like he had passed out.

Well unlike Fred Sanford, I didn\u2019t think I was having a heart attack, but I did experience one of those\u201d big moments.\u201d Tuesday morning I was having my typical morning talk with Rico when a text came across the screen from Shanya. Before I got a chance to read it, a call came in from my mother in law. I handed the phone to Rico as I assumed she was trying to reach him, but then he handed the phone back to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
