Here in South Carolina, the minimum speed is 45. Could you imagine driving 45 in the fast lane? It would drive me bunkers!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well in the event there was heavy traffic or an accident, that is understandable right? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think about the same concept, but apply it to our spiritual lives.
