My most important dialogue! 1.23.2020

Dialogue means the conversation between two or more people. It could be in person, in a movie, a book, or even a play. With whom do you have important dialogue with? And with whom do you have your most important dialogue with?

Out of all the persons I communicate with, I would have to say I have my most important dialogue with God!

The last couple of weeks I have been able to have a lot of quiet and personal time with God. I must admit, it was not by choice! I love talking with God and spending time in His word but never have I truly been able to focus solely on God’s voice and God’s voice alone that would include the duration of time. Sometimes event happen that lead up to these interchanges and for me it was an experience I will never, ever forget. Who says having the flu, a sinus infection, and viral infection at the same time is all bad?

In a nutshell, I cherish the time I have spent with the Lord through His rest and peace while I recovered from the flu. I prayed to Him and He listened. He spoke so clearly and I was there to listen. The best dialogue ever!

  1. I can relate to everything you are saying. I just hope that I can be more obedient to listen to God when he is speaking to me and I listen. Based on everything that has happened to me is because of my disobedience and blindness. Hopefully this trip will help me to REST like I need to from last night’s meeting. I sure do need it. Amen to your post.

    1. Well you have taken the first step and admitting that you see the need to listen more. If we come to God in prayer and tell Him about our struggles and where we find ourselves needing to improve our obedience in an area; He is merciful to fulfill the desires of our hearts. A lot of times we don’t quiet ourselves to listen to His voice like we should but I do pray that the trip and excitement of God blessing you with another year of life tomorrow will be the start to a new beginning. I love you horse nose. Be safe and enjoy yourself and most importantly REST!!!!
