Below I will provide a video of Kelly and Michelle Obama jump roping. Michelle Obama is better at jump roping or double Dutch rather and does not seem to hesitate but Kelly procrastinates as she tries to learn the skill and then do it. Take a few moments to look at the clip. Compare the difference between both jumpers.
Let’s talk: What happens to Kelly once she hesitates or tries to find the perfect time to jump in? Do you think it affects her confidence level in any way?
