What do you see?

Picture taken by Faith D.

What image do you see in the clouds? I really want to see what you think so I encourage you to write your response in the comment section below at the bottom of the page. If you think it’s an angel, make sure and hit the like button for today’s message.

Well tonight we had an amazing time together on our zoom call. Faith shared her story and then sent the above picture and several others to the women. Those on the line had already anticipated looking for an angel in the sky but Ms. Onnie and Tonya who weren’t on the line replied to the group telling us the picture looked like an angel. Although they weren’t physically on the zoom call they joined us in spirit and Faith sharing her story along with the pictures really brought us all together.

Faith said she didn’t share with her coworkers because they would think she would need medicine but obviously they are the ones in need of the meds because you can clearly see God’s angel in that cloud.

Kelly shared her mom, Ms. Rita, had a couple of trying weeks but you couldn’t tell. Her smile was as bright as it normally is and her spirits were lifted high as usual. Cherise mentioned how encouraging it was; it truly was encouraging.

We went on to share, chat, and have a time of prayer. The peace I felt when I got off that call was indescribable.

The peace reminded me of the story in the Bible about the empty tomb. At your convenience I encourage you to read John, 20th and 21st chapter. For context of tonight’s message, I’ve included only a few verses.

John 20:24-29

Just as Hope became a reality for Thomas when Jesus appeared in front of him, I pray you too know the reality of hope. Jesus did not allow the grave to hold him down. HE GOT UP!

The story of the empty tomb always gives me hope. Death was not the end, it didn’t stop there.

As Tatiana read aloud my motivational text from Tuesday that was inspired by lives events and beautifully envisioned from the book entitled Finish The Race by Angela Fields, I thought of the empty tomb. So many of are going through SO MUCH right now and lets be honest; it can be quite overwhelming at times. But just like death was not the end of the story for Jesus; your current situation is not the end of your journey. God is so good. We know God got the victory and we too should be comforted knowing that triumph is ahead. It is closer than we can see or imagine. But what do we have to do? We have to believe and trust in Christ.

Jesus’ dying on the cross was an act of sacrificial love. God gave us His son. He died so we could live and live life abundantly. Do you want a chance at eternal life? Do you believe that Jesus rose with all power?

If you do wipe those weeping eyes and confess with your mouth. Claim God’s victory over the trials and tribulations. Put on your seatbelt and ride that wave of disappointment because God is at the other end cheering you on. You are stronger than you think because God is on your side. With God nothing is impossible. You have to believe He can do what He said He will do.

God cares for you. God loves you. God gave His son for you. What will you give Him in return?

  1. Oh Hallelujah! My Soul Cries Yes Lord. Yes to your Will and Yes to your Ways. I surrender. I pray Lord you continue to use us as vessels to the “needy.” I am talking about the spiritually needy. The come to Jesus needy. The Holy Ghost needy. Lord these are some trying times like you have said Whitnee. Oh how detrimental is it that we get God’s Holy word out to his children Lord. All these signs that are coming about can only mean the returning of Jesus in the CLOUDS and I am looking to the CLOUDS Lord. I remember Pastor Stevens saying preaching about Jesus ascending into heaven in the clouds. Acts 1:1-9 says: “And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.'” Just as Jesus ascended with clouds, so, too, will He return “with the clouds.” OH Halleujah Somebody!!! I don’t know why my attention has been on clouds lately for the past couple of weeks me seeing angels and other things, but I know now! I am looking to the hills to not only which my help come from; but I am looking for the GREAT I AM…THE KING of KINGS, THE LORD OF LORDS, Hallelujah!!! I got my shouting shoes right now. Come on Group. Will you look to the Clouds with me? Come on let’s look. Let’s anticipate the Coming of the Messiah to take us home. In the Bible, it’s says some of us shall not see DEATH. Let’s praise HIM. The bible says every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that JESUS CHRIST is LORD!! Are you with me? Come on Whitnee. Revelations 1:7 says “Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen” We need to round up all of our brothers and sisters and look to the clouds for our FATHER. OH what a time we will have praising GOD with My Brother, with Mr. Davis, talking with Luke, Issac and Abraham! OH HALLELUJAH! What a TRUE FAMILY REUNION FOREVER! Halleujah!

    1. I have on my dancing 💃🏻 👠 right along with you! Girl all I can tell you is I feel fire in my bones when I read your responses.

You have a praise about you that blesses my soul each time. I’m telling you I’m bout to work off what I ate yesterday after reading this text. I want to shout, I want to jump but I don’t want my fat knee to give out. So I will praise Him with my voice and I will lift my hands.

Lord I too surrender myself to you. Lord I too give myself away so You can use me for Your will. Lord I too have the burning desire to help the needy in all their ways. Lord use me as a vessel to bring Your children to their knees in praise to You. Lord You are Holy, You are merciful, and You are loving.

Faith I’m telling you, I think you and Tatiana need to do the prayer line ASAP I want to join LIKE RIGHT NOW! The passion in your prayer and the joy in the time of your writing is contagious. God bless you my horse nosed sister, I love you!
